The hotel had some positives like quiet rooms and friendly service but lacked certain amenities like a microwave and was uncomfortable at times. The nearby Millennium Complex was great for entertainment. The location was perfect for our visit, but some aspects were beyond the hotel's control. The facilities were good overall.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, with a gym, a pool, and a hot breakfast every morning. The service was very friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with maintenance. The location was convenient, close to amenities and activities, but the dining experience had ups and downs.
The hotel room was spacious and very comfortable, but unfortunately, it wasn't clean when I checked in, leading to the need for another room assignment. The cleaning schedule also appeared delayed until late in the evening due to staffing issues, which was understandable but inconvenient. The manager was very professional and apologetic about the situation, although the service lacked some important information. Despite these setbacks, the hotel did its best in the circumstances. The dining experience had nice choices despite some limitations, and the facilities were generally well-maintained.
